Email Policy legal

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules that apply to any party ("Customer") who uses HandySends Inc. or any of its affiliates' products and services ("Services"), as well as any user of any software application or service made available by Customer that interacts with the Services ("End User"). The examples in this AUP are not all-inclusive. The customer is responsible for ensuring that its end users follow the AUP. HandySends may stop Customer's use of the Services if Customer or any End User breaches this AUP. HandySends reserves the right to update this AUP at any time with reasonable notice to the Customer, which may be communicated through the Customer's account, e-mail.

No inappropriate users or content.

Do not use the Services to send or store any content or communications (commercial or otherwise) that is illegal, harmful, unwanted, inappropriate, offensive, confirmed to constitute criminal disinformation, or otherwise constitutes a public safety risk. This prohibition covers the use of the Services by a hate group, as well as materials or communications that are exploitative, abusive, or hate speech and emanate from a hate group.

Prohibited Activities.

Use the Services in no way to engage in or encourage any action that is illegal, dishonest, harmful, infringes on others' rights, or harms HandySends' business operations or reputation, including:

Violations of Laws.

Any applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, or recommendations (collectively, "Applicable Laws") are violated. This includes breaking Applicable Laws that require (a) consent before transmitting, recording, collecting, or monitoring data or communications, or (b) adherence to opt-out requests for any data or communications.

Interference with the services.

Interfering with or having a negative impact on any feature of the Services or any third-party networks connected to the Services.

Reverse engineering.

The Services should not be reverse engineered, copied, disassembled, or decompiled.

Falsification of origin or identity.

Creating a false identity or attempting to deceive others about the sender's identity or the source of any material or communications.

No Service Integrity Violations.

Do not violate the Services' integrity, including:

Getting Around Service Limitations.

Attempting to bypass, exploit, defeat, or deactivate the Services' limitations or prohibitions.

Vulnerabilities in Security.

Exploiting security flaws in the Services or attempting to bypass any security mechanisms or filtering capabilities.

Disabling the Services.

Any attempt to disrupt, disable, or overwhelm the Services through a denial of service (DoS) attack or other means.

Bots or harmful code.

Using automated means, such as bots, to gain access to or utilize the Services, or transmitting code, files, scripts, agents, or programs that are intended to do harm, such as viruses or malware.

Unauthorized Access.

Attempting to get access to the Services without authorization.

Data Protection.

Prior to transmitting or processing, or allowing End Users to transmit or process, any data or communications via the Services, the Customer is responsible for determining whether the Services provide appropriate safeguards for the Customer's use of the Services, including, but not limited to, any safeguards required by Applicable Laws.

Customer agrees to notify HandySends immediately of any breach of this AUP and to cooperate with HandySends in investigating and/or resolving the violation, as asked by HandySends.
